Romans 5:3-4, 'We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces love." Rejoicing is the “seed release party” we offer back to the Lord as a faith-filled response to our sufferings. Rejoicing is to the fighter as seedlings are to an ashen mountainside. It is a choice to thrive. Its a purposeful prerequisite. We may, or may not, know true suffering. We have hope in spite of pain. Hope is the result of working through pain.
